| | Tom Kay BA (Hons) | Tom has recently retired from an international rowing career that lasted 15 years, and yielded among others, 3 World Championship Gold Medals, 2 Olympic Games and most recently the Silver Medal at the 2003 World Championships in the lightweight single sculls.
At the age of 19 Tom was promoted to the rank of 'Marechal des Logis' (Sergeant) in the French Light Cavalry - 7eme Regiment de Chasseurs. After leaving the army, he read Economics gaining his BA from Nottingham Trent Polytechnic.
Tom's experience, gained throughout a long and successful career in the furiously results-oriented environment of international sport, has helped developed a deep understanding of how health and wellbeing (so central to a person's ability to perform at their best) can be harnessed by business to improve performace.
